Chef Grazia has been cooking our weekly family meals for over a year now and we absolutely love her!! Not only are her meals delicious, she has transformed my children from eating only mac and cheese and chicken nuggets to loving vegetables, pork, steaks, various chicken dishes and even some fish! We often have her cook for us on special occasions and holidays and our guests always rave about the meals she prepares, especially her lasagna! She is also extremely open-minded to trying new recipes if we request them. We absolutely love Chef Grazia and highly recommend her to anyone looking to hire a personal chef!

Chef Grazia has taught cooking classes for us here in the Northside ISD Community Education classes and has left a lot of very excited customers just waiting for more classes! In addition, this past week she did simple focaccia demonstrations for our Coordinator retreat wherein other departments could see what we are offering our students. Everyone was impressed by our (Grazia's) presentation and we were able to come out on top with our peers! Great feeling! And the smell of Focaccia drifting through the building all morning left all of us imaginng we were in Italy! Thanks, Chef Grazia, for a superb, professional, funny presentation (times FIVE)!

Chef Grazia offers a memorable dining experience. She is a highly skilled chef, offering unique and healthy dishes that will leave you speechless. We had a small dinner party and Grazia did an incredible job of making the meal so special. Everything she made was delicious and exceeded our expectations. Her herb crusted sea bass was awesome and the Italian cheesecake was so yummy. Everyone loved the meal and Grazia too. We would definitely hire her for another affair or maybe just for the two of us.
